Here's what's new in this update:

🔗 Social Share Cards

• Post pages now include Open Graph meta tags — sharing to WeChat, Twitter, and other platforms generates rich media cards automatically
• Articles use the post title as the card title; short posts use the site name to avoid duplicating content
• Supports en / zh-CN / zh-TW locales

🖼️ Smart Cover Image

• Uses the post's cover image first; falls back to the first image found in the post body
• When a post has no images at all, the site icon is used as a default — cards always have a preview image
• Logic extracted from views into the Post model with full test coverage

⚡ CDN Image Delivery

• Post images and share preview images are now served via CDN for faster global loading
• Active Storage public URLs unified under the CDN domain
