📱 Profile Media Tab

User profiles now feature a Media tab with X (Twitter)-style tab switching.

• Dual Posts / Media tabs appear automatically when users have video content
• Bottom border highlights the active tab
• Smooth hover transitions

📝 Article Metadata Display

Article detail pages now show author and source with icons:

• building-office icon for author
• link icon for source URL
• Improved spacing and visual hierarchy

💾 Draft System Enhancement

Article drafts now support complete auto-save for all fields:

• Title, summary, author, source, price, and category all auto-save
• Video upload progress and links persist in drafts
• Fixed draft metadata loss issues
• Word count component optimized to prevent layout flicker

🐛 UI Fixes

• Fixed report button alignment issue in quoted posts
